I've built and maintained business applications and internal tools for WeServe Systems International while assigned to Fujitsu Philippines, using Python, PHP, JavaScript, and SQL to support core business processes.

I investigate defects through code-level debugging, log analysis, workflow review, and root-cause analysis. I enhance business logic, implement requested features, validate fixes, and work with development and IT teams in Agile/Scrum delivery.

I created VBA automation that reduced a manual processing task from approximately 30 minutes to 5 minutes. I also perform software testing and validation to ensure application changes do not introduce new issues.

Outside of application support, I developed a Windows security audit tool in Python that centralizes checks for processes, network connections, firewall status, event logs, accounts, scheduled tasks, and system configurations. I've also built a Laravel and Livewire personnel management application with authentication, authorization, validation, responsive interfaces, and role-based workflows.
