I am looking for a position where I can utilize both my technical troubleshooting skills and programming knowledge as an Information Technology graduate. I aim to contribute by providing efficient IT support—resolving system issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

I’m a results-driven and adaptable IT professional with a strong foundation in system administration, network management, and technical support. I install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to help ensure optimal performance and security, while quickly diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

In my most recent data center role, I managed daily computer operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of system batches and reports in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). I monitored system utilization and availability, maintained production guides and incident logs, handled media management for off-site backup tapes, and delivered first-level technical support to minimize downtime. I also ensured full compliance with IT governance, information security, and risk management policies, including participation in contingency and disaster recovery tests.

Previously at DXC Technology, I served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Point of Contact (POC) for team processes and client escalations. I administered client accounts and software applications via Active Directory, investigated and troubleshot technical issues to meet SLA targets, created reports and audits for management, and trained/mentored new team members—while recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Earlier in my career as a Service Desk Analyst, I supported users, managed client accounts, and resolved inquiries with a customer-focused approach.
