Led the internship team in proposing and developing a location-tracking mobile application for tracking customers in emergency situations. Assisted with documentation and ensured project completion within the internship period.

Handled customer concerns for B2B and B2C services via phone and email, and later assisted B2B clients with issues through ServiceNow, managing fulfillment and monitoring site outages by conducting bridges between multiple teams.

Managed day-to-day tracking of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment from the main warehouse to site projects. Submitted reports of newly purchased materials and documented deliveries of incoming inventory.

Pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a major in Technical Services Management, completing the degree in 2024.
