What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use bilingual medical interpretation to improve patient understanding—partnering with clinicians and health educators to deliver culturally sensitive, accurate communication in hospital and community settings.

I’m a medically qualified bilingual professional (English–Arabic) with hands-on clinical experience at Alexandria University Hospitals, combining interpretation with medical communication in real care moments.

I communicate complex clinical information across patients with different socioeconomic and educational backgrounds, using strong medical terminology in Modern Standard and Egyptian Arabic—while staying focused on accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and patient-centred communication.

Alongside clinical work, I lead and deliver bilingual health education through the CHAMP public health education programme and the CHAMP Cardiology Health Education Programme, translating cardiology topics into accessible language for patients with varying health literacy.

I’ve also supported bilingual professional education at regional cardiology conferences, taught peers in IGCSE Biology and English, and strengthen my practice through additional training in clinical reasoning, precision medicine, biostatistics, and science writing.
