At 407 ETR, I created Process 360, the organization's first centralized process governance repository, with standardized documentation, process ownership, taxonomy, and lifecycle controls.
I also designed an AI-enabled process documentation solution using Microsoft Copilot Studio, enterprise knowledge, human validation, and automated BPMN 2.0 diagram generation.
Using Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, I analyzed 4,000 credit-balance transfers and identified approximately 90% as eligible for point-of-contact resolution. I also designed a Power Apps approval workflow that replaced four manual document preparation and routing activities.
Earlier at 407 ETR, I partnered with an RPA developer on an automation that generated $144K in annual cost savings and supported Salesforce and SAP transformation. I also led sales advisors at Best Buy and supported approximately $35M in annual business sales.
