I’m a Business Process Analyst with approximately 6 years of experience in the Banking and Finance sectors, focused on driving operational efficiency and business growth. I translate business needs into actionable recommendations through risk assessment, requirement gathering, and iterative delivery aligned to stakeholder expectations.

In my current role at Scotiabank, I analyze business operations, identify improvement opportunities, and apply costing/budgeting techniques using Microsoft Project and Gantt charts to recommend process enhancements. I lead JAD sessions, collaborate across teams, and use Jira/Confluence to document and track requirements, while supporting UAT and QA to ensure readiness before go-live.

I also manage delivery using Scrum, Sprint, and Kanban, tracking metrics and providing regular status reporting via Jira to help ensure on-time delivery and adherence to SLAs. I leverage SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to conduct research, uncover process inefficiencies, and deliver data-driven business cases for leadership.

Previously at Boeing, I produced use case models, data mapping, process maps, and BRDs, and supported QA with functional and user acceptance testing. I’m especially motivated by business transformation work—facilitating change through stakeholder alignment, root cause analysis, and Lean Six Sigma practices that reduce disruption and improve outcomes.
