I’m a senior PBM and healthcare executive with 20+ years leading large-scale client implementation, delivery transformation, and operational excellence across pharmacy benefit management, specialty pharmacy, and health system environments. I’m known for disciplined execution in complex, highly regulated markets and for building cross-functional organizations across product, operations, clinical, underwriting, finance, technology, and compliance.
I lead enterprise implementation and support frameworks that improve delivery quality, scalability, and client experience across PBM, mail order, retail network, and specialty pharmacy channels. In my current role, I lead enterprise strategy and product development for retail network and modular, transparent, unbundled PBM solutions across a 125M-lives target market. I design competitive pricing frameworks, define market/RFP deal strategy, transform roadmaps across pricing and reimbursement to reduce variability, and govern a $3M+ product capital investment portfolio to improve ROI and visibility.
Across prior leadership roles, I’ve managed multimillion-dollar product portfolios and federal and commercial programs including TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, and employer segments.
