I’m looking for a healthcare-focused role where I can lead program/portfolio work, build KPI-driven insights (Power BI/SQL), and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows, improve quality (HEDIS), and support strategic decision-making with clear, actionable recommendations.

I’m a data-driven healthcare professional with 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and translating data into actionable insights. I specialize in evaluating systems, optimizing workflows, and bridging technical solutions with clinical, financial, and operational needs.

In my recent role as a Program Manager – Quality Improvement, I directed HEDIS and clinical performance initiatives, built KPI dashboards and performance reports, and streamlined processes by documenting procedures, risks, and action plans. I also led recurring stakeholder and vendor meetings to increase member compliance and improve the member experience across pharmacy, screenings, and therapy visits.
