I’m looking to lead digital marketing and creative performance—owning email, web, and paid efforts—where I can use data, A/B testing, and CRO to deliver measurable engagement and conversion growth.

I’m a Performance-driven marketing and communications leader with a foundation in graphic design, focused on translating marketing strategy into high-impact creative across email, web, and paid channels. I build conversion-focused user experiences and campaign assets using data and user behavior insights to improve engagement and lifecycle performance.

As National Director of Marketing and Communications at THE OASIS INSTITUTE / BJC HEALTHCARE, I lead design and execution of digital marketing assets end-to-end, including segmentation, automated journeys, and modular templates. I built and scaled Mailchimp CRM ecosystems across 8 markets, and I execute A/B testing and CRO across ads, landing pages, and user journeys—driving a 299% increase in engagement and conversion activity.

I also served as sole paid media strategist, managing the Google Ads ecosystem and aligning ad creative with landing page and lifecycle experiences. I’ve led reporting and optimization through GA4, Mailchimp, Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards, and I recently restructured Google Ads campaigns and redesigned website structure, content, and UX (Sept 2024) to deliver +78% YoY total user growth and +56% YoY new user growth.
