What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a career in operations and project management where I can integrate technology, leadership, innovation, and sustainable development to support institutional growth, youth empowerment, and community transformation.

I've supervised daily construction-site operations in Kiyovu, Kigali, coordinating staff, delegating responsibilities, monitoring performance, and supporting workplace safety and efficient project delivery.

I've also supported ticket sales and guest management at BK Arena events while building practical skills in HTML, JavaScript, C, SQL, Python, data analysis, and web development. Through Amani Initiative and PLP Academy training, I've developed capabilities in project planning, leadership, peacebuilding, conflict resolution, youth empowerment, and sustainable community engagement.
