What I'm looking for
I am a Human Resources professional with over seven years of experience managing end-to-end HR operations across multiple regions, including the UAE, KSA, Jordan, Egypt and the US. I focus on recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll and employee relations while ensuring compliance with regional labor laws.
In my current role as Compensation & Rewards Specialist, I lead payroll reconciliation, benefits administration, consultant agreements and strategic HR reporting to support workforce planning. I partner with senior management to align HR operations with business strategy and deliver actionable metrics and dashboards.
I have driven process improvements through HRMS module implementation, automation and digitalization, working in test environments to identify gaps, validate workflows and update systems (including SAP). My background also includes policy implementation, performance management, visa and medical renewals, and manning costing.
