I'm currently a Process Associate at KNACK RCM in Clark, Pampanga, supporting revenue cycle management processes.
I've worked across customer service, technical support, fraud analysis, and payroll operations, including roles at Concentrix, Cushman & Wakefield, iQor Philippines, and VXI Global Holding. My experience includes AT&T voice technical support, call center representation, fraud analysis, and payroll execution.
Earlier, I worked in Bahrain as a cashier and sales attendant for Kingdom Pride Center and as a sales representative for Appeal Trading Incorporation.
I'm a productive and adaptive worker with strong verbal and non-verbal communication, leadership skills, solid ethics, and a hunger to learn. I also completed Contact Center Service NC II training at Xavier International College.
