As the sole sourcing specialist, I managed all client positions, collaborating closely with the sourcing manager on research, priorities, and market intelligence. I specialized in executive-level and C-suite non-profit roles, driving strategic sourcing conversations and leveraging talent data.

I facilitated daily operations and schedules for six divisional managers and upper management, overseeing initial billing processes and resolving accounts receivables inquiries. I executed the annual process for H2B personnel transfers, liaising with federal government agents.

I represented company standards through courteous and erudite communication, swift execution of customer requests, and cross-departmental collaboration. I met and surpassed aggressive quality and productivity requirements, resolving numerous customer inquiries using Oracle software.
