What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining customer-facing operations with technical work, where I can apply service leadership and programming/CAD skills to improve processes and support team growth.

I am a multilingual service and operations professional with a background in hospitality, event catering, and retail customer care. I have held roles from server and bartender to shift and deputy operations lead across restaurants and venue locations.

I bring strong technical skills alongside customer-facing experience: good EDV knowledge, 3D design & printing/CAD, advanced Linux and Windows familiarity, and programming experience in C, C++, C#, Python, YAML and SPS programming.

My recent roles include customer care for Zalando DACH and operational positions at ALEX locations and DB-Regio, and I started vocational training toward industrial mechatronics prior to pausing for maternity leave.

I am organized, adaptable, and comfortable bridging service operations with technical problem solving to support teams and improve processes.
