What I'm looking for

I am seeking event or service roles where I can lead teams, improve guest experiences, manage projects end-to-end, and continue developing operational and sales skills.

I completed dual training in Event Management in January 2025 and transitioned into service and contact roles; I am customer-oriented, calm under pressure, and eager to learn new tasks.

I have managed several company projects and gained hands-on experience in logistics, customer contact, service and bar management, sales & distribution, CRM, budget management, vendor coordination and event security.

I have worked in hospitality roles including front desk, breakfast service and bar opening, and I use tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, Asana and HubSpot to support operations and remote sales assistance.

I am focused on leading service teams, improving guest experience, and taking on project-management responsibilities where I can apply my practical training, flexibility and problem-solving skills to deliver successful events.
