What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can own front-office operations, strengthen guest relations, and use EQSOFT to improve reservation accuracy and satisfaction with a service-focused team.

I’m a customer-focused Front Office Executive with experience across hospitality and creative industries. From 2020 to 2024 at Hanna Residency, I managed check-in and check-out operations, handled reservations, and maintained strong guest relationships while consistently delivering high service standards and guest satisfaction.

I’m proactive in handling guest requests and concerns, supporting daily front-office workflows, and keeping accurate records. I also bring hands-on experience with EQSOFT hotel management software for reservations and daily operations, along with creative collaboration experience as a Wedding Photographer in fast-paced environments.
