IVY GRACE ANDRES

I've managed sales operations, key accounts, and customer support across wholesale distribution, consumer products, and corporate accounts for over 10 years. Most recently, I independently ran Ivygrace Andres Fruits and Vegetables Wholesaling, overseeing prospecting, supplier relationships, purchasing, inventory, logistics, sales, collections, and business finances.

At Powerace Corporation and All Year Home Products, I supported account development through quotations, proposals, lead generation, order management, forecasting, delivery coordination, reporting, and after-sales service. I also worked with clients to identify operational gaps, develop action plans, and implement business improvements as a freelance Key Account Development Consultant.

Earlier, I managed territory and major accounts at Sanitary Care Products Asia and supported corporate customers at Special Steel Products. I bring practical experience in CRM, order processing, inventory visibility, billing coordination, collections, client retention, and cross-functional work with production, warehouse, logistics, accounting, and sales teams.
