Manage diverse supplier and customer relationships.
Provide contract related support to customers on a day-to-day basis.
Implement company Health, Safety, Security and Environment standards.
Provide commercial challenge to end user technical clients to ensure that specification and demand is fit for purpose.
Ensure compliance with International Export Controls and relevant regulations.

Responsible for creating and sending productivity report, CSAT and resolution scores.
Evaluates 8 live/recorded calls on a daily basis and provide feedback.
Assembles team meetings to discuss metrics of the team.
Individually coach members of the team regarding stats.
Monitors team metrics on a daily basis to identify each individual’s strength and opportunities.
