What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Customer Care Specialist role where I can provide responsive support, resolve customer issues, build lasting relationships, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.

At Safaricom PLC, I serve as a first point of contact for customers, supporting products and services, onboarding new users, troubleshooting issues, and promoting SIM cards, airtime, data bundles, M-Pesa, and devices. I build relationships that encourage repeat engagement while meeting sales and performance targets.

I've also supported customers as a shop attendant and contributed to research, community outreach, counselling, and program administration with PAYO and Inades Formation. I'm looking to bring my English and Kiswahili communication, problem-solving, and customer-care skills to a Customer Care Specialist role.
