I’m seeking a responsible career opportunity to fully utilise my training and skills, while making a significant contribution to company success through excellent customer satisfaction and customer engagement.

I’m a results-driven customer care and sales professional skilled in teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. I stay flexible and organized, consistently meeting goals on time while focusing on customer satisfaction and engagement.

In my current role as a Customer Care & Sales Person at Game Changer Company Limited (Nairobi), I resolve customer queries efficiently to improve satisfaction and loyalty. I also exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and relationship building—building a loyal client base that drives repeat business and referrals.

Across community engagement and digital activations, I’ve promoted youth-focused programs and improved impact through feedback. I supported TUKISONGA TV by leading outreach campaigns and collecting audience feedback, and I guided youth on AJIRA Digital platforms through onboarding and digital skills activation to strengthen employability and digital literacy.

I’ve also driven engagement through brand and community initiatives, including promoting WAZZII Chatbot with outreach education and user feedback to improve functionality. Earlier work included Safaricom activations to boost customer engagement and brand visibility, as well as Minute Maid sampling and sales support for Coca Cola products.
