On the commercial side, I qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in CRM by linking license expansion and additional module adoption to each customer’s actual needs and maturity.

Before this, I led end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for a B2B HR SaaS platform, coordinating API and SSO requirements, configuring solutions from kickoff through go-live, and delivering role-specific training. I maintained implementation plans, risk registers, and customer documentation to support smooth transitions—and kept CSAT above team targets during complex enterprise rollouts.
