What I'm looking for

I'm available for part-time and fractional B2B engagements, working with founders and leadership teams on delivery, operational clarity, ownership, and ways of working.

At TealWave Solutions, I work with founders and leadership teams as growth changes how their organizations operate. My engagements focus on delivery, operational clarity, ownership, and ways of working, through advisory, implementation support, and fractional leadership.

At CodeBridge, I led delivery across international client engagements in AI, healthcare, SaaS, and data-driven products. I worked directly with founders and client stakeholders, and formalized delivery practices around work readiness, change control, and production releases.

At DEVersity, I led digital product delivery across healthcare, education, civic technology, and renewable energy. I delivered an AI-enabled financial reporting product adopted by 80+ veterinary clinics in the US, reducing manual reporting time by 70%.
