In my current role at NCR Voyix, I led 4 teams (50+ employees) delivering enterprise rollouts for hospitality clients, owned end-to-end deployment strategy, and redesigned delivery models. I reduced implementation time from 8 to 4 weeks (50% faster time-to-value) by introducing parallel delivery frameworks that eliminated sequential bottlenecks.
I also rebuilt the customer delivery experience to drive measurable loyalty gains—growing Transactional NPS from 70 to 91 within one quarter. I introduced a standardized SaaS deployment playbook and implemented real-time delivery performance dashboards to improve visibility into timelines, KPIs, and customer feedback.
Earlier at NCR Voyix, I managed and standardized programs across North America, improving delivery consistency through repeatable processes and data-driven reporting. I started as an Implementation Manager, built and scaled an implementation team from 0 to 12, and helped clients successfully onboard and integrate NCR SaaS solutions using structured playbooks and KPI/OKR-based tracking.
