What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote work and am open to hybrid arrangements. I'm available for B2B or contractor employment.

At Engage Consulting, I managed delivery for a fintech SaaS CRM platform, working between business stakeholders and engineering. I coordinated work from requirements discovery through release and post-release support.

I formalized the engineering team’s development processes and improved delivery predictability and collaboration. I also designed and implemented a scalable multi-product architecture approach that enabled the platform to expand to new financial products.

At Flatstack, I managed software projects and a six-person Project Management department. I helped deliver a product to production in six months and a fixed-budget MVP in two months, and introduced Atlassian-based automation to improve project visibility.
