When a new banking tenant needed a team quickly, I assembled a nine-person team from existing staff and new hires and coordinated onboarding and client alignment. The team was ready to start development in about one month.
For an insurance software modernization, I coordinated maintenance and modernization teams with 36 people combined as they worked across an existing application and its replacement. I managed the transition from ColdFusion to Java and Spring Boot, including security improvements and cloud migration.
Earlier, I managed eGovernment and document-management implementations at TeamNet Business Solutions, including three national systems for Oman’s Information Technology Authority. My delivery work draws on project planning, stakeholder reporting, Jira, and practical Agile experience.
