At Potok, I own six HR products spanning engagement surveys, pulse surveys, 360-degree feedback, CSI, Goals, and Performance Review. I set strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and revenue targets while working directly with customers and Sales.
I've restarted Goals development, launched CSI with its first paid project, and built a Performance Review MVP from customer interviews. By September 2026, my portfolio revenue exceeded the full-year 2025 total by 18.5%, and I increased 360-degree feedback comment rates from 2.33% to 7.84%.
I also build products and features with Codex, Ruby on Rails, Vue, SQL, and APIs. I've delivered more than 30 features and workflows, including five custom enterprise projects, while improving performance, authentication, tenant isolation, and audit logging.
My path into product started with implementation and systems analysis across HR Tech and transport logistics SaaS. I've delivered more than 130 implementation projects, led a seven-person Scrum team through 60+ feature releases, and translate customer needs into practical product decisions.
