Supported implementation of the Bureau's participation in the citywide Racial Equity Roadmap initiative. Served on the BDS Equity Committee and facilitated staff presentations introducing the initiative.

Implemented the Carpe College program providing youth ages 18–20 with access to post-secondary education and international travel. Instructed World CLASS, a global affairs course at Mt. Scott Learning Center.

Managed, mentored, and advised 15 adolescent participants during a month-long international educational program. Coordinated a service-learning project with local community leadership in San Isidro, Costa Rica.
