What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead equitable, employee-centered people systems and organizational development work, partnering with leaders to improve performance, learning, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

I've led people and organizational effectiveness work at Inatai Foundation, Seeq Corporation, and Linfield University, turning workforce insights into practical systems for leadership, performance, onboarding, and employee experience.

At Inatai Foundation, I co-designed a transparent leadership development pathway for 12 eligible leaders, led the performance cycle to 99% completion, and created the organization’s ADA and accessibility policy and accommodation process.

At Seeq, I diagnosed organizational effectiveness across customer-facing SaaS teams, bringing 22 employee interviews and 11+ themes to executive leaders. I also redesigned onboarding, launched a 12-week mentorship program, and led enterprise people processes for 220+ employees.

I bring systems thinking, facilitation, organizational diagnosis, and people analytics to help leaders make equitable, employee-centered decisions. I've also coached distributed teams and built learning experiences across technology, philanthropy, higher education, and professional training.
