What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting students, families, and educators through culturally responsive engagement, restorative practices, training, and intervention systems that remove barriers to learning and help students graduate.

I'm currently supporting multilingual learners at Oregon City High School by creating academic plans, monitoring progress, and connecting students and families to district, government, and community resources.

At Portland Public Schools, I facilitated district-wide restorative practices training, coaching, and direct support. I helped schools strengthen Tier I, II, and III systems, PBIS, trauma-informed practices, and social-emotional learning.

I've also coordinated youth sexual health education training at Planned Parenthood and supported attendance, retention, and family engagement at Learn4Life Charter Schools. My work centers on helping students overcome barriers to learning and stay on track toward graduation.

Earlier, as Dean of Students at Bronx Prep High School and a National Teaching Fellow with Citizen Schools, I built school culture systems, coached teachers and students, led professional development, and taught middle school Math and ELA.
