Raised in Montana USA, but I've spent 15 years designing programs across five countries, including two years with the Peace Corps in Morocco.
What I'm looking for
Ever heard of Montana?
I'm from there and it's an amazing place, but I had big plans to see the world from early on.
I've spent 15+ years designing programs in environments where resources are limited, the stakes are real, and the people you're serving don't have time for anything that doesn't actually work.
My background spans higher education, international NGO work, and community-based programs; youth leadership and vocational training in Morocco through the Peace Corps, where I worked with initiatives like GLOW (Girls Leading Our World), focused on leadership development for young women in the Global South.
What do I actually do? I build the structure behind the work. Program design, training development, curriculum, evaluation frameworks... the things that make an initiative coherent, measurable, and genuinely usable in the field rather than just compelling on paper.
I'm particularly drawn to work at the fork of youth development, women's leadership, and community-based learning, especially in contexts where the young women being served are motivated and systematically under-supported.
Right now I'm consulting independently through Cloudbreak Collective LLC, working remotely and internationally, and building toward program initiatives that put leadership tools into the hands of those training young women across the Global South and in ways that are culturally grounded and genuinely transformative.
I'm looking for roles where I can design and lead programs that create tangible opportunities: remote, globally distributed, with room to do work that actually matters.

If you're building something in that arena or need someone who can design, evaluate, and implement programs that work in real conditions... I'd like to hear about it.
