I've led district-wide MTSS implementation at Gresham-Barlow School District, guiding school leadership teams through behavioral, operational, and cultural shifts using academic, attendance, and retention data.

As an assistant principal at Portland Public Schools, I led equitable staffing, coached instructional and operational personnel, and built partnerships with community organizations and educational pipeline institutions. I also oversaw implementation of Restorative Justice and PBIS culture shifts.

My work spans staff training, facilitation, coaching cycles, stakeholder engagement, and student-centered intervention planning. At David Douglas School District, I developed culturally relevant professional learning that moved systems away from punitive approaches toward restorative practices.

Earlier, I managed volunteer pipelines, leadership events, operations, compliance, financial aid tracking, and strategic partnerships for Girls Inc., Teach For America, and Reading Partners. I bring more than a decade of experience connecting people, data, and scalable programs to support equitable outcomes.
