What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead engagement and inclusive community-building, translate data into action, and improve learning/workflows with modern tools—while coaching teams through change.

I’m an Educator Engagement Lead who strengthens learning and workplace belonging through empathy-driven communication, mentorship, and inclusive DEIB strategy. I’ve been recognized in my district for welcoming, inclusive practices and for creating connection that makes teams feel seen and supported.

In my current role, I deliver culturally responsive Spanish instruction using blended learning and lead leadership curriculum focused on emotional intelligence and self-awareness. I also built and facilitated community-building structures—SEL curriculum mentorship models, trained facilitators, and community-building circles—improving empathy, communication, and interpersonal skills.

I’m energized by learning systems that combine people strategy with measurable impact. I’ve led major transitions to hybrid/remote learning, delivered Learning & Development workshops on emerging technologies, and built dashboards and a branding kit for 200+ union members to improve functionality and engagement, while using data analysis and visualization to drive continuous improvement and equitable outcomes.
