I’m a motivated and adaptable Customer Service Advisor with strong organisational, communication, and IT skills. I’m confident managing high-pressure workloads while delivering excellent results and maintaining a professional, approachable manner with customers.
In my Capita / O2 Customer Service Advisor role, I resolved customer queries quickly and effectively, supported my team to meet strict deadlines, and helped achieve daily performance targets.
