I’m a hard-working people person who enjoys working independently and in a team, and I aim to perform at my best every day. I genuinely love helping others and creating a smooth experience for customers.
In my current role as a Sales Advisor at One Call Insurance, I make inbound and outbound calls, understand what customers need, and support renewals of their policies. I’m comfortable using IT in my day-to-day work, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoints, to keep things organised and accurate.
Alongside insurance, I’ve built strong customer service experience through retail roles like Customer Service Assistant and Temporary Sales Assistant, where I worked on the tills, assisted customers, organised stock, and helped with merchandising and in-store displays. I also bring food-industry experience from working as a Crew Member, including operating tills, cash handling, multitasking, and drive-thru service.
I also have self-employed experience as a Nail Technician and Eyebrow Specialist, delivering a luxury service in a busy salon while keeping my area clean and providing multiple treatments.
