I’m a customer service specialist with 8+ years of customer service experience across energy billing support, travel retail, and newspaper customer service. I’m known as a positive, reliable team member who can work using my own initiative, manage time well, and keep to tight schedules while handling enquiries professionally.

In my roles, I’ve dealt with account and billing issues, set up payment plans, changed account details, and handled hardship/payment issues with sensitivity.
