What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations role where I can own workflows, improve service quality through KPI monitoring, and support teams and partners with strong documentation and controls—especially in fast-paced environments that value continuous improvement.

I’m an operations-driven professional who runs day-to-day processes, supervises partners, monitors performance, and continuously improves service quality. I’m comfortable owning operational workflows end-to-end while tracking KPIs and supporting internal teams and external providers to ensure business continuity and efficiency.

In customer operations, I’ve supervised daily customer service and delivery operations, ensuring continuity across restaurants, drivers, and internal teams. I monitor operational volumes, delivery efficiency, and service performance, then escalate operational feedback to improve workflows, staffing efficiency, and the partner/customer experience.

I also bring strong documentation, controls, and coordination skills—training and onboarding team members, maintaining operational rosters and handover documentation, and performing quality controls. Earlier experience in admin and finance support strengthened my attention to accuracy, compliance, and process standardization across teams.
