What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, office management, or administrative coordination role in Paris where I can apply my leadership and process-improvement experience in a structured environment.

At Cosi Paris, I managed daily operations across two restaurant locations, including vendor relationships, scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting. I led a team of 10–15 and increased revenue by 8% at the primary branch and 40% at the secondary location, mainly through higher staff retention, faster service, and additional catering orders.

Before becoming Manager, I worked as an Assistant Manager at Cosi Paris, overseeing daily reporting and cash reconciliation and supporting staff training. As an Audit Intern at PwC Vilnius, I assisted with financial statement reviews and analytical procedures, and prepared audit workpapers.
