I defined the ICP, positioning, messaging, pricing, and conversion funnel; moved the product to a three-tier subscription model; and created an upsell path to increase ARPU. I also built community-led inbound acquisition and negotiated a channel partnership that added usage-based revenue.

At Richkey Properties, I qualified international clients and high-net-worth investors for luxury property transactions, contributing to a pipeline above AED 40M. I worked complex decision cycles involving investors, family offices, and advisors across jurisdictions and time zones.

Across GTA Properties, Fäm Properties, and Glorit Bausysteme, I've generated pipeline through outbound prospecting, CRM-driven outreach, referrals, and inbound enquiries. I sell consultatively in German, English, and Arabic, and I'm comfortable discussing APIs, subscription billing, and exchange infrastructure with technical buyers.
