What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise engineering and AI enablement work where I can build strong cross-functional teams, guide architecture and delivery, and establish responsible AI governance, monitoring, and guardrails for production systems.

At Seasia Labs, I lead cross-functional Mobile, Web, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams while owning enterprise delivery, architecture, roadmaps, budgets, and client communication.

I established and lead the Operational Intelligence pod within the AI Center of Excellence, helping engineering teams adopt AI responsibly through AI Ops, monitoring, governance, observability, and production guardrails. I also direct AI agents across architecture, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review to accelerate delivery.

My work spans sports streaming, fintech, healthtech, hospitality, device protection, and automotive platforms. I led React Native delivery for Athletes Go Live, managed an 18-member PocketGeek team, and directed IHG's booking modernization, reducing initial page load by about 27% and improving Time-to-Interactive by about 35%.

Earlier, I built Android applications and Java APIs, then expanded into Node.js backend development, technical leadership, code reviews, Agile delivery, and client-facing project ownership. I'm genuinely curious about emerging technology and bring useful tools and frameworks into team practice early.
