I've driven Zero-Touch Fulfillment through Agentic AI and ML-based ticket prediction, qualification, routing, and work verification, reducing operations dependency by 40%. I also lead modernization toward event-driven, reliability-focused platform architecture and own 24x7 production support and SEV1 incident response.

Previously at Salesforce and Groupon, I led multiple engineering teams and a global eCommerce push-marketing platform processing 350M+ daily notifications. I used data-driven prioritisation to reduce technical debt by 25% and led teams across frontend, backend, full-stack, data, and platform engineering.

Across Airtel@xlab, Xtream Softech, Daffodil Software, and OATI, I've built microservices, event-driven systems, IoT platforms, data pipelines, enterprise applications, and cloud infrastructure. I enjoy developing engineering talent while partnering with Product and business leaders to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.
