At Cisco, I lead AI-driven engineering transformation for the licensing division, improving quality and security scorecards while reducing defects by 40%. I’ve integrated AI across the SDLC/ADLC to increase team productivity by 5X and reduced vendor spend by $1.2M.

I build agentic AI proof-of-concept systems through production for supply-chain use cases, create AI-automated engineering dashboards with Cursor, and streamline production support through AI-assisted agents. I also enable vendor and full-time engineers through weekly AI training sessions and demos.

Previously, I accelerated delivery for Mastercard Cross-Border Services PINS at Xoriant, mentoring 20+ team members and building a Rally dashboard that gave stakeholders visibility across four squads.
