I am looking for a hands-on leadership role where I can architect and deliver AI-enabled products, mentor engineering teams, and scale reliable cloud-native systems in a collaborative, impact-focused organization.

I am an engineering leader and software consultant with 22+ years of experience building and operating software teams and products across India and the USA. I balance deep hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, having managed teams of 60+ engineers and delivery portfolios in the multimillion-dollar range.

I design, architect, and build full-stack products using Python (FastAPI, Flask), React/React Native, and AWS, with a focus on offline-friendly, secure apps and micro-SaaS solutions such as ipio.biz59.net and ticktockdone.com. I have delivered end-to-end systems including pub-sub multi-device sync, end-to-end encryption, and OAuth integrations via osec.one.

Recently I worked as an LLM and AI trainer/engineer delivering supervised fine-tuning (SFT), RLHF workflows, and model evaluation for major clients, developing Python pipelines, datasets, and documentation. My technical toolbox includes LLM workflows, TensorFlow/Keras, Pandas/NumPy, Docker, and AWS platform services.
