I’m an Engineering Manager in ION’s Core Architecture Team, setting the technical direction for observability, platform services, and containerized infrastructure used across the product portfolio.
I lead an applied AI programme that moved retrieval augmented and agentic assistants from prototype to production services for client-facing teams, with an evaluation practice that covers offline testing, regression checks, and production monitoring for accuracy, latency, and cost.
I’ve built shared platforms to replace duplicated per-product tooling—standardizing telemetry with a single telemetry contract, designing a multi-tenant role-based monitoring model, and adding approval gates to automated incident triage and remediation workflows.
