I’m looking to lead telecom sales and channel distribution where market intelligence, dealer performance analysis, and strong team coaching directly drive revenue growth, discipline, and sustainable activation—while partnering cross-functionally to optimize sites and execution.

I’m a results-driven telecom sales and retail distribution leader focused on consultative channel strategy, route-to-market execution, and delivering primary sales through premium dealer networks. As Regional dealer recharge manager (Retail) at Globacom Nigeria Limited, I formulate regional strategies, analyze dealer performance, and deliver revenue growth using market intelligence across Borno, Yobe, and Gombe.

I lead sales and distribution operations end-to-end, including supervision of a retail field force of over 30 sales representatives and distributors. I partner with technical teams to optimize low-utilized sites, identify quick wins through performance analysis, and train GPD staff to strengthen optimal retail coverage and skills that improve execution and account development.

Earlier in my career, I expanded business through presentations, negotiations, competitor research, and channel distribution—driving major activation outcomes such as a 40% increase in rural activation and visibility and later leading 15% YoY growth in subscriber base across volatile Northern territories.
