What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a people-centered role where I can apply psychological assessment and report writing, support employee well-being, and contribute to talent development and organizational growth—using strong analysis, continuous learning, and collaboration.

I am a bilingual psychologist (English and Spanish) with experience in psychological assessment, interviews, behavioral analysis, and report writing across legal, clinical, and organizational contexts. I’m analytical and adaptable, and I enjoy turning information into clear, decision-ready documentation.

In my Legal Psychology Intern role at Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar (ICBF), I conducted interviews and psychological assessments to support decision-making processes, prepared technical reports on behavioral and psychological findings, and managed cases to ensure compliance with institutional guidelines. I also assessed socioemotional competencies in evaluated subjects.

As a Clinical Neuropsychology Intern at Colegio Vista Bella (IED) e Intellectus, Memory and Cognition Center, I designed workshops and intervention strategies for 450+ students and educators, and provided individual support focused on emotional regulation, decision-making, goal-setting, learning, and interpersonal skills. Alongside psychology work, I supported administrative and HR functions at HISO Ingeniería Industrial using Excel for personnel tracking and payroll support, and managed a corporate website—skills I now bring to talent development, employee well-being, and organizational growth.
