I am seeking a role that fosters growth, collaboration, and impactful talent development.

I am a dedicated psychologist with a degree from Pontifical Xavierian University and a specialization in Legal and Criminological Psychology from Catholic University of Colombia. My professional journey has primarily focused on the organizational field, where I have honed my skills in recruitment and talent development.

Throughout my internships and work experiences, I have developed a strong ability to work under pressure and maintain a detail-oriented approach. My roles have included conducting psychological consultations, coordinating interviews, managing multiple databases and calendars, and managing recruitment processes.

In addition to my professional skills, I possess a good level of English and am always eager to learn and grow.
