What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply psychology to talent management and organizational wellbeing—designing wellbeing and engagement initiatives, analyzing work climate, supporting onboarding, and helping build humane, collaborative cultures through evidence-based decisions.

I’m a Psychology graduate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with hands-on experience in talent management and organizational wellbeing. Throughout my training, I developed competencies in employee support, wellbeing initiative management, work climate analysis, and assistance in onboarding and training processes.

I’ve supported educational and interdisciplinary environments through clinical practice and structured assessment work. As a Clinical Psychology Intern – Neuropsychology Emphasis, I applied and interpreted neuropsychological tests for diagnostic assessment, designed and delivered psychoeducational workshops, and worked with groups requiring adaptation, communication, and emotional containment.

More recently, I’ve contributed to organizational wellbeing and talent processes by designing and leading engagement initiatives, conducting work climate analysis, and supporting onboarding for new team members. I systematize and manage information in institutional databases, track training and survey indicators in Excel, communicate results to leaders, and participate in exit interviews from a talent management perspective.
