At Santa Barbara County Fire Department, I administer user accounts, mailboxes, groups, and access permissions across on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Exchange.
I provision and deploy replacement iPads for fire engines using Jamf Pro and standardized configurations, and support Apple Business Manager, Avenza Maps, and Tablet Command.
At County of Santa Barbara, I provided Tier 2 support to employees across multiple departments and administered Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Exchange access. I also contributed to a device rollout through imaging, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle tracking.
My earlier work included supporting computers and network equipment across branch locations at CBIZ Network Solutions and supporting hospital staff and systems at Lompoc Valley Medical Center. I’m pursuing a B.S. in Cybersecurity at University of Massachusetts Global, with an expected completion date of December 2028.
