At VETRIVEL AGENCY, I grew monthly sales volume from 2,100 kg to 25,000 kg through sales planning, customer acquisition, and vendor negotiation. I also used customer segmentation to help protect revenue and cashflow during seasonal demand fluctuations.
I designed and built an integrated business management system covering billing, customers, inventory, products, payments, and financial operations using AppSheet and Apps Script. By automating reporting with Apps Script and Looker Studio, I reduced manual reporting effort by approximately one hour per day.
Previously, at Accenture, I supported ServiceNow ITSM across Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and automated recurring workflows with Flow Designer. I also led the Steering subsystem team for the Velocita E Racing Formula Student vehicle, designing and fabricating its steering system.
