In my most recent role as a Transversal SME Operation Manager, I led an external sales team of 20 partners and 120+ sales agents to achieve quarterly objectives. I set monthly and quarterly targets, monitored KPIs, defined the commercial policy, delivered proposals and business reviews, and increased individual performance through competitions and personalized coaching plans—while ensuring compliance with company commercial policies and ethical standards.
Previously, as a ROMTELECOM/TELEKOMROMANIA Dealer Channel Manager, I developed a new sales channel to increase visibility and accessibility of telecommunications products and services.
