I’m looking for a leadership role where I can drive sales growth, coach teams, and use KPI-driven, data-informed strategy. I want strong cross-functional collaboration, clear targets, and an environment that values ethical execution and continuous improvement.

I’m a results-focused Sales Manager with a strong track record in driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and developing successful sales strategies. I’m known for exceptional communication and negotiation, and for creating long-lasting client relationships and partnerships.

In my most recent role as a Transversal SME Operation Manager, I led an external sales team of 20 partners and 120+ sales agents to achieve quarterly objectives. I set monthly and quarterly targets, monitored KPIs, defined the commercial policy, delivered proposals and business reviews, and increased individual performance through competitions and personalized coaching plans—while ensuring compliance with company commercial policies and ethical standards.

Previously, as a ROMTELECOM/TELEKOMROMANIA Dealer Channel Manager, I developed a new sales channel to increase visibility and accessibility of telecommunications products and services. I negotiated and concluded 100+ partner contracts, recruited and trained 500+ sales agents, and built my own training program for managing portfolio clients (“The farmer”), while cultivating partner loyalty and resolving disputes to protect the organization’s reputation.

Earlier roles sharpened my ability to translate market insight into action, from marketing and website/social media management using tools like Google or Microsoft Forms to key account and distribution leadership. Across experiences, I generated and managed annual revenues of over 15 million euros and stay motivated by exceeding targets through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
